Job Description

Autodesk is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner with two Senior EMEA Directors and provide crucial support to a dynamic, international Channel Management team.

This is a pivotal role that extends beyond traditional administrative duties. We are looking for an individual who is exceptionally organized, a clear and confident communicator, and possesses the autonomy to operate independently. Your ability to anticipate needs and drive initiatives forward without constant supervision will be key to success.

As a trusted partner, you will be instrumental in ensuring priorities are executed efficiently, communication flows seamlessly across global teams, and all details are managed with the utmost precision.

Key responsibilities include managing complex and rapidly changing calendars with strong prioritization skills, ensuring meetings are purposeful and followed up on with clear action items, and proactively tracking key topics to maintain team momentum.

You will serve as the central hub for communication and coordination, acting as a liaison across various teams, stakeholders, and geographies. This involves communicating clearly, concisely, and proactively, both internally and externally, and stepping in to resolve any gaps or misalignments before they escalate.

The role also requires delivering high-quality work, including preparing polished presentations and documents with meticulous attention to detail. Seamless management of travel, events, and logistics, including executive-level meetings and Partner Advisory Boards in Europe and the US, is essential.

Furthermore, you will be empowered to own and improve operational processes, bringing structure to tools, documentation, and workflows. Identifying inefficiencies and proactively suggesting better ways of working is highly encouraged.
